The Charm Health EHR is extremely highly rated by its users and we know from our own use, just how much patients love it too. Charm is the backbone to our own clinical practice and it was (and remains) the system is use by the largest non-hospital clinic in Cayman too.
It’s core strength is the combination of our own understanding of the system, and relationship with the team, as we and they co-evolve it to be particularly suited to Caribbean and other non-US markets. So, it starts best-rated already and will get better and better too!
Advanced Patient Booking Options
The online booking engine is genuinely superb and one of the features most loved by patients. You can be in full control or simply set the appointment types, durations and time ranges to allow patients to fully book themselves.
Intuitive Charting
You can chart from a simple entry to a full SOAP encounter, including the use of templates, both self-generated or from the myriad of existing options. Anyone doing this the long way over time is making their own life very hard!
Billing Workflow
The cloud-based software suite has an extensive range of processes to manage billing, claims submission and financial recovery. This is supported by excellent reporting and an ability to integrate with QuickBooks.
Patient Portal
From patient interaction to appointment booking and record sharing, a patient portal is rapidly becoming a minimum standard. The Charm Patient Portal keeps you in full control whilst providing the patient with everything they need from a modern practice.

story behind it
As a team, we started working with Charm in 2019, after an extensive search and sift that was more disappointing than exciting. At the time, Charm was one of only a tiny number of systems that ticked all of our requirements, by far the most intuitive and certainly the most patient-centric. So we adopted it clinically, and then took it on commercially.
Since then, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with the team and the support has been amazing, turning from classic support to shared development commitment. So, we became literally part of their story and them, very much part of ours. We are now working together to optimise it further and to create an impossible to beat system, from a position of most highly rated already.
